Bijjaladeva would have been a Team Leader/ Manager. Shows partiality. Often employs politics to get best rating for his pet resource even if he is not worth for it.
Aslam Khan- The Competitor’s HR Manager. He fails in recruiting the most loyal resource, even after quoting high package and buyout options.
Kalakeya would the clients who speak their own business language. They won’t understand your language and always on war with the offshore team
