Returns And Refunds Policy

You may change your decision about the purchase after the order has been shipped or return unopened items. All we ask is you obtaining a return authorization by our customer service within 101 days of the receipt of the item and we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your premises shortly thereafter. We will deduct shipping charges if applicable. We will process your refund within 7 business days and refund the remaining amount using the same mode used during the purchase,

If the item is opened/ manufacturer's seal is broken/ product is not in a saleable condition, we will not accept any returns.

Gift Returns
We will even accept gift returns for unopened items and refund the balance to the receiver after deducting a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges as applicable. As a favor, we will not inform the gift sender about the return.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unopened item for a different one, contact our customer care to return the original item using the returns process as above and place a new order for the item you'd like to purchase.

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of the item delivery. Once we establish the nature of the damage, we will attempt to replace the product with an identical item. If we cannot replace the product, we will send a cheque refunding the complete payment including the shipping charges. If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let our customer care know about the packaging. We prefer if you inform us as soon as you recieve the parcel to avoid any disputes later.

Defective Items
If you received a defective item, please check the product manual (which arrived with the item). You can usually find troubleshooting and "getting started" information there. If you contact our customer care to request a replacement within 1 business days, we will arrange for the item return to be picked up. Once we process the return and we establish a manufacturing defect, we will send you a no cost replacement. We prefer if you inform us as soon as you recieve the parcel to avoid any disputes later.

Wrong Items
If you receive a wrong item, please contact our customer care within 1 Business Day of the item delivery. Once we receive the product, we will make every attempt to replace the product with an ordered item absolutely free of cost. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer a money back refund of the complete payment including the shipping charges. However, please do not open the product.
